Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please have your order number ready.

Free Returns
We cover the cost of return shipping — you won't pay anything to send an eligible item back.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at contact@cartvart.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the specified carrier location.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
If you'd like a different size, color, or item, let us know when you start your return and we'll arrange an exchange instead of a refund where possible.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final sale items, and personalized/custom products are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately — we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
